How To Shop 购物须知

Shopping Method
  1. Shopping in My Totoro is care free! We adopt the most convenient and fastest method to ensure that you enjoy online shopping.
  2. Explore our website and choose your favourite mechandise. Click on "Order Now" and fill up the form. Make sure that you fill up the required columns. We will proceed to your order as soon as the Order Form reaches our hand!
  3. After your submission of the order form, kindly leave us a message via "My Comment" on our Homepage or E-mail us as well as SMS. We will make reservation for your order!
  4. Please keep track of your mailbox as we will send Confirmation of Order to you after we process your order. Please confirm your order via SMS so that we can proceed to delivery in the shortest time.
  5. Due to the different settings of appearance in personal computer and different recognition of colours, there might be slight deviation between items shown in photographs and the real objects. Real goods shall take precedent. However, we commit to utilise the minimum photo processing tools to provide the approximate image of the real object.
  6. We will indicate in our product descriptions should there be any deviation between images shown on website and the new batch of products.
  7. My Totoro reserves the right to amend or cancel clauses in the terms and conditions without prior notice.
订购货品
  1. 在My Totoro购物其实很简单,我们尽量以最方便最快捷的方式让您享受简易网上购物的乐趣。
  2. 首先,任意浏览我们的网站,选购心爱的战利品以后,点击“购物订单”,填上姓名联络方式货品名称代码数量收件人名称地址以及货品运送方式,再点击“呈交”,我们就会收到您的订单咯!
  3. 为了确保我们知道您已呈交订单,最好在“My Comment”留言、电邮或以SMS通知我们,以免心爱的战利品没被预留!
  4. 您的订单成功提交后,我们将通过电子邮件通知订单号码资料,证明货物已预留;请顾客收到我们的订单资料以后以SMS方式跟我们确认,以方便我们在最快的时间内处理订单及运送货品。
  5. 由于个人电脑显示器会因不同的设置而产生不同的色调,而每个人对颜色的辨识度也不一样,图片的颜色和实物可能有少许偏差,因此一切以实物为准,但我们承诺用最少的电脑技术以达到和实物相近的质素。
  6. 如果新一批商品与之前登上网页的商品颜色和质素等有偏差,我们将尽量在网页提供说明。
  7. My Totoro保留更改及删除网站里的条例,恕不另行通知。

Payment Method

  1. After your confirmation of Purchase Order, please proceed to payment within three (3) working days, otherwise your purchase order shall deem to be voided. Payment shall be 100% of amount stated in our Confirmation of Order.
  2. Your payment shall be made to our bank account, which we will inform via e-mail.

  3. Kindly notify us via SMS by sending your name (as in the Purchase Order), payee account (either one of the above bank accounts), amount and the reference no. given in the Confirmation of Purchase after payment is made. We will proceed to delivery of products within one (1) or two (2) working days.

付款方式

  1. 除非顾客另行通知,请顾客在收到订单号码后三个工作天内汇款我们的银行户口(我们会以电子邮件通知),汇款数目必须是订单资料上显示的金额之100%否则订单将被取消。

  2. 汇款后请以SMS方式附上汇款人姓名所汇银行金额以及订单号码通知我们,我们确认收到款项后将在一至两个工作天内寄出货品。

FAQ

  • Q1 : I've changed my mind, can I cancel my purchase order??

    We accept cancellation of order prior to payment. However, there will be no refund should you make your cancellation after payment. Replacement of order is allowed for products with amount equal or higher than purchase order, depends on the availability of stock. In case you would like to replace your order with another product with higher price, we will send a revised Confirmation of Order. Please proceed to additional payment in time. Postage fee for return of the original items and delivery of new items shall be borne by customer. We will deliver the replacement product once full payment is received. Please make sure the packaging and spare part of the products are in original condition.
  • Q2 : What if I would like to have refund or change colours?

    Unless proven that it's our mistake in taking order or misdelivery, products sold will not be refundable or exchangable if they do not meet customer's expectations in terms of colour, quality and size.
  • Q3 : I found defects on the products I received, is there any replacement?

    Thorough checking will be conducted prior of the delivery of goods to avoid misdelivery or mistake in taking orders. Should there be any defects found in the goods, please notify us within two (2) working days from the date of receiving goods. Exchange of goods is allowed should we found any negligence in our cheking procedure and the postage fee for return of goods will be borne by My Totoro.
  • Q4 : Any tips for online shopping?

    i. Please be certain of your order to avoid additional expenditure as the course of exchanging goods or cancellation of purchase order.

    ii. We will attach a receipt with the goods, please check if there is any discrepancies between your purchase order and goods received. We shall not be held responsible for any incorrect quantity of goods and product type after acknowledgement of receipt signed by customer. However, we welcome comments related to our service and the quality of goods. Help us to serve you better!

常见问题

  • 问1. 如果我改变主意,想取消订单怎么办??

    我们会接受顾客在付款前想取消的订单;但如果顾客在付款后或受到商品后想取消订单,很抱歉,款项将不被退还,但顾客可以以相同或低于原本金额之物品替换(视存货而定)。若顾客想以高于原本金额之物品替换,请另行汇款,我们将在受到全部款项后马上运送货品,来回邮费将由顾客负责。所要求调换之上商品须具备原本的完整包装及配件,否则一律不受理。
  • 问2. 我收到货品后想退货或换颜色,可以吗?

    除非是我们的疏忽导致运送错误,My Totoro不接受一切以不喜欢颜色、色差、手工不好、质素比想象中差、太大或太小、太长或太短等主观理由进行退货或换颜色。
  • 问3. 我收到货品后,很不幸的发现有损坏,可以换吗?

    为了避免顾客不满,我们会在送货之前进行详细检查,并附上印有印章的单据,以避免不必要的错误。顾客若发现商品有损坏,请在收货后两天内通知我们商量调换事宜。若查知是我们的疏忽,我们将负责来回邮费以及为顾客进行调换。但若是邮寄途中的损坏,我们将不负责。除非在没有存货以及顾客同意的情况下,有质素问题的商品只能进行调换同一款的商品,不能以其他商品代替。
  • 问4. 请问My Totoro对于网上购物有其他的特别提示吗?

    i. 考虑清楚才提交订单,以免承担因为要调换物品或取消订单而带来的额外消费。

    ii. 在包裹的收条上有记录商品资料及数目,请在包裹签收前检查清楚。若在签收后发现货品及数量不对,我们一概不负责。当然,我们欢迎您的投诉及意见,以帮助我们提升服务,为您提供更高的网购乐趣。
