Delivery Method 货品运送

1. Delivered goods are not refundable or exchangeable and defects caused during delivery shall be under customer's own risk.
   
   
2. Postage fee are excluded unless otherwise stated.
   
   
3. My Totoro offers two (2) types of shipping services, i.e. face trade and by post.
   
   
4. Please note that face trade is only applicable with purchase of RM40 and above (in single receipt)，unless otherwise stated.
   
   
5. For customers who choose to have face trade, please contact us for details. The following are the choices of venue for face trade :-
   · 1-Utama Shopping Mall – Weekdays
   · KL Time Square – Saturdays
   · KL Petaling Street – 12 noon to 8pm daily
   · KL Kuchai Lama/Sri Petaling – after 9pm daily
   · Kelana Jaya Area – Weekdays
   
   
6. The following are the postage fee and it will be stated in our Confirmation of Order. Kindly contact us for delivery to other places :-
   
   i) Poslaju
   · Delivery period within 1 to 2 days
   · Signature is required upon receipt of goods
   · Delivery depends on the location available
   · West Malaysia – RM6.00 ; East Malaysia - RM8.00 (below 500gram)
   · Singapore – RM24.00 (below 500gram)
   
   ii) Pos Ekspres
   · Guarantees the reach of the mails at the intended destination within 1 to 3 days depending on the delivery zone
   · NO signature is required upon receipt of goods
   · Within Malaysia – RM3.00

2. My Totoro提供面洽及邮寄包裹两种运送服务。
3. 除非特别说明，否则面洽服务只提供于购买RM40或以上（单张收据）的顾客，任何不便之处敬请多多包涵。
4. 以下是面洽的地点，面洽时间请在收到订单号码后联络我们:-
   · 八打灵再也1-Utama 购物广场 – 星期一至五
   · 吉隆坡时代广场 – 每逢星期六
   · 吉隆坡茨厂街 – 每天中午十二时至晚上八时
   · 吉隆坡Kuchai Lama/Sri Petaling – 每天晚上九时以后
   · Kelana Jaya –星期一至五
5. 以下是邮寄所需的邮费（不限数量），所有邮费将清除列明在我们寄出的确认订单上。其他运送地点请联络我们 :-
   
   i) Poslaju
   · 邮寄时间需时1至2天
   · 接收包裹时需签名确认
   · 西马 – RM6.00 ； 东马 - RM8.00 (500克以下)
   · 新加坡 – RM24.00 (500克以下)
   
   ii) Pos Ekspres
   · 邮寄时间保证1至2天到达，视地点而定
   · 接收包裹时无需签名确认
   · 大马各地 – RM3.00
